→A classic teppanyaki dish made with pork and eggs☆Includes bean sprouts, green onions, and tempura batter scraps☆

Grilled local chicken

→We grilled flavorful chicken thigh meat from Hyuga Jidori chickens raised in Miyazaki Prefecture.Please enjoy it with yuzu pepper paste.

Grilled cartilage with black pepper

→ We grilled the cartilage of Hyuga chicken on a hot plate.We've added plenty of black pepper to give it a spicy flavor.

Osaka Okonomiyaki

→The sauce is Osaka's spicy Matsubara sauce, and the broth is a mixture of crab and bonito flakes. The pork is cooked to a crispy exterior and fluffy interior.

・Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki

→The sauce is Otafuku sauce, and the thin dough is filled with steamed cabbage, bean sprouts, and tempura scraps, then the soba noodles are sandwiched inside and grilled.
