The pork is crispy on the surface and the inside is fluffy.[Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki] The noodles are custom-made thin noodles with a chewy texture.It is steamed at a high temperature on a 3 cm thick iron plate, so it has a fluffy finish and is served with otafuku sauce.
